Position: Executive Assistant to the President
Overview: The Executive Assistant to the President provides high-level administrative support, serving as a key partner in managing day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

The position offers a hybrid work setup, allowing both remote and in-office work an occasional travel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain an accurate, up-to-date calendar for the COO; schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and organize domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and edit emails, letters, and other documents; serve as the ?rst point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the President.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas and presentation materials; record meeting notes and track deliverables.
  • Project & Task Management: Oversee deadlines, coordinate tasks with cross- functional teams, and provide timely status updates to ensure project completion.
  • Office & Virtual Support: Collaborate with office staff to maintain supplies, coordinate IT
    support, and ensure the President’s remote work environment is fully functional.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain the highest level of con?dentiality.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related ?eld is preferred;
    equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities, with
    excellent attention to detail.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting professionally at all levels.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing schedules; may require occasional travel.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking, initiative, and resourcefulness.
  • Interpersonal Aptitude: Professional demeanor and presence; able to collaborate with diverse teams and handle high-pressure situations.
