Core Responsibilities:
Success in this role hinges on your ability to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily. These duties reflect the essential knowledge, skills, and abilities required to undertake all responsibilities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the software installation (server integrations) and implementation, including establishing customer logins and training when required.
  • Assist in monthly billing audits to ensure accuracy, including acting as a liaison between the internal billing team and external customers.
  • Partners with appropriate cross functional team members to establish technology standards and governance models.
  • Process all incoming alerts to monitor low consumables, machine drop off, and real time data reporting.
  • Maintains database of all contacts for DCA activation, and ongoing maintenance of the software.
  • Oversees system delivery life cycle in collaboration with appropriate cross functional teams.
  • Works with customer DCA team members to create standards and assist in implementing new processes at customer sites.
  • Consistently tracks and evaluates metrics to ensure optimum up time along with determining enhancements of existing processes for the most efficient and compliant way of tracking and maintaining information.
  • Maintains and serves as an expert for implementation and communication of all DCA best practices.
  • Must stay current and be familiar with the leading DCA technologies available on the market.
  • Continually develops new skills associated with DCA technologies, and provides relevant data to the Executive team on recommendation of all available software solutions
  • Be a primary change agent to ensure implementation and execution of new capabilities when they become available.
  • Establishes and supports DCA process SOPs.
  • Works with leaders to resolve issues affecting the execution and consistency of the software.
  • Partner and liaison with appropriate team members, technology vendors, and partners to avoid and resolve risks.
  • Responsible for all archived data and must maintain inspection readiness of all documentation and reporting.
  • Responsible for maintaining/setup of My Print Manager and training when required.
  • Responsible for running HP Security audits for customers and sales reps.

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year leadership experience

Additional skills required:

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Suite and e-Automate.

Work Environment:

  • Work in areas which require attention to detail in a varied environment.
  • General office environment. May spend long hours sitting or standing.
  • Some physical effort is required which may involve bending, reaching, stretching, or similar activities as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 60 pounds
